Associate Dentist

We are seeking a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Associate Dentist to join our thriving, patient-centered practice. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates looking to build their clinical skills in a supportive, collaborative environment.
The position is split between our Rogers office (3 days per week) and our Brooklyn Park office (2 days per week).
Our practice is designed to help our dentists focus on high-value, comprehensive dentistry. With the support of an experienced Advanced Dental Therapist (ADT) who performs many routine restorative procedures and pediatric services, you'll spend the majority of your time providing advanced, productive treatments. As a result, this position offers exceptional earning potential.
We are also committed to mentoring new graduates and providing the guidance needed to build confidence and clinical excellence.
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive patient examinations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
- Perform procedures including:
- Crowns and bridges
- Extractions
- Root canal therapy (RCT)
- Dentures and removable prosthetics
- Other comprehensive restorative procedures
- Interpret diagnostic imaging, including digital radiographs and CBCT scans as needed.
- Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and treatment options.
- Collaborate with our clinical team to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical records using practice management software such as Open Dental or Dentrix.
Qualifications
Required
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Active Minnesota dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform dental procedures with precision and attention to detail.
Preferred
- Experience in private practice or community dentistry.
- Comfortable performing a broad range of general dentistry procedures.
- Passion for serving a diverse patient population.
