Responsibilities

• Patient Check-In and greeting
• Scheduling and managing patient appointments
• Maintaining and updating medical records accurately
• Verifying patient insurance information
• Handling telephone inquiries and directing calls appropriately

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in medical reception or assisting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Experience with patient scheduling and Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Strong data entry skills and HIPAA compliance awareness
• Blood draw and EKG proficiency
