Inside Sales Manager (Call Center Leadership)

Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Schedule: Full-Time | On-Site | Monday–Friday
Compensation: $100,000–$150,000 Total Compensation

A fast-growing home services company is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to build and lead its inside sales department from the ground up.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with call center or inside sales management experience who enjoys coaching people, developing processes, tracking KPIs, and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and coach inside sales representatives
• Develop sales scripts, SOPs, and training programs
• Review calls and provide ongoing coaching
• Track KPIs, conversion rates, booking rates, and team performance
• Partner with Marketing to improve lead conversion
• Build a positive, accountable, results-driven sales culture

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Inside Sales or Call Center leadership experience
• Experience building and developing high-performing sales teams
• Strong coaching and leadership skills
• Experience with CRM platforms and KPI reporting
• Goal-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable building processes from the ground up
