Currently seeking a full time receptionist to operate the front desk in a 2-provider medical practice.


Responsibilities include:

  • Patient Check-In/Out
  • Answering phone lines
  • Billing sheet/report preparation
  • Insurance Verifications/Referrals/Prior Authorizations
  • Patient Scheduling
  • Payment Processing
  • Scanning
  • Other duties as assigned


Successful Candidates:

  • Are experienced working in a team
  • Must have at least 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Are able to maintain a positive, friendly attitude
  • Experience with Electronic Medical Records software
  • Capable of working in a high speed environment
  • Comfortable taking on a variety of different tasks
  • Experience in a Cardiology office a plus

Employees are eligible for a 401K plan after one year of full time employment, and can choose to take advantage of an employee funded Group Dental Plan.
