Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of Class B office and retail properties throughout New York City. This role requires a hands-on manager with strong operational, financial, and tenant-relations experience in NYC commercial buildings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for Class B office and retail properties
• Serve as primary point of contact for office and retail tenants
• Oversee maintenance, repairs, and vendor relationships
• Prepare budgets, review invoices, and assist with CAM reconciliations
• Conduct regular property inspections and address issues proactively
• Coordinate with ownership and leasing brokers on renewals and tenant needs
• Oversee building maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
• Manage third-party vendors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, cleaning, etc.)
• Solicit bids, negotiate contracts, and ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget

Salary : $120,000 to $160,000
