Inside Sales & Customer Engagement Representative

Location: Ballard / Seattle, WA (4401 11th Ave NW)

Position: Full-Time

Pay: Starting at $25+/hour, DOE, with opportunities for growth.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday (5-day work week). Saturday availability is required, though Saturdays operate shorter hours than weekdays.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers at the sales counter
• Prepare quotes, estimates, and material takeoffs
• Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions
• Help customers select products for their projects
• Follow up on quotes and sales opportunities
• Build strong relationships with contractors and homeowners
• Coordinate with our yard and delivery team to provide an outstanding customer experience

What We're Looking For

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong math skills and comfort with measurements and material calculations
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
• Construction, landscaping, or building materials experience is a plus, but not required—we'll teach the right person.
