MyMarket is a locally owned neighborhood grocery market with a small, friendly team. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, friendly, and willing to learn.

Retail, cashier, or coffee shop experience is a plus, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service
• Operate the register and handle cash accurately
• Help customers find products and answer questions
• Prepare basic coffee shop drinks and smoothies
• Keep the coffee shop area clean and stocked
• Stock shelves and keep the market clean and organized
• Keep displays and merchandise looking their best
• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries
• Work as part of a small team to keep the market running smoothly

Coffee shop training is provided — no prior drink-making experience is required.

• Reliable, responsible, and friendly
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Team player who is willing to help wherever needed
• Able to work independently when needed
• Comfortable preparing basic drinks and smoothies after training
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Willing to occasionally cover extra shifts when needed
• Must be 21+ to sell alcohol and tobacco
• Must have a valid food handler’s license and alcohol server’s license, or be able to obtain them within 30 days of hire

Schedule

Friday • Saturday • Sunday

Additional hours and shifts may be available occasionally.

Pay & Growth

• Starting pay: $15/hour
• Pay increases available based on performance and reliability
• Possible commission opportunities
