As a Staff Nurse, you'll play a vital role in overseeing residents' daily care, including medications, treatments, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, personal care, and providing compassionate support every day. You'll also accompany residents to medical appointments, participate in community outings, or simply enjoy quiet moments together outdoors.

You'll work alongside a dedicated team that includes a nurse manager, primary nurse, direct support staff, and a physician available on call 24/7, all committed to providing exceptional care.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania (Compact licenses accepted)
• Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (minimum of 2 years of driving experience required)
• • Driver's license, insurance, and vehicle registration must be aligned with your state of permanent residence
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities preferred, but not required
