As a Staff Nurse LPN, you'll oversee each resident's daily medical care with the support of a collaborative interdisciplinary team, including a Nurse Manager, Primary Nurse, Direct Support Professionals, and a physician available 24/7. With a 2:1 resident-to-nurse ratio, you'll have the time and resources to focus on what matters most, providing exceptional care and improving the lives of the individuals you serve.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Provide tracheostomy and ventilator care
• Manage tube feedings and perform health monitoring
• Accompany residents to medical appointments and support community outings
• Collaborate with clinical team to create a safe, comfortable home environment
• Maintain documentation and communicate resident status to Nurse Manager
• Adapt to flexible scheduling requirements

Qualifications

• Active PA RN or LPN license (Compact licenses accepted)
