Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Contract Opportunities | Atlanta

Accountants One is seeing a strong increase in demand for Accounts Receivable professionals, and we are partnering with several Atlanta-area clients seeking contract AR support.

These roles focus on supporting accounting teams with invoicing, cash application, account reconciliation, and collections while helping maintain accurate customer accounts and healthy cash flow.

Typical Responsibilities

• Generate and send customer invoices
• Apply payments and maintain AR records
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on outstanding balances
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Respond to customer billing questions
• Assist with cash tracking and AR reporting

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Accounts Receivable or billing experience
• Experience with accounting or ERP systems (SAP a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
