Salesperson

Acura of Bedford Hills is looking for a motivated Salesperson to join our dealership team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle for their needs.

We’re looking for a professional, driven, and customer-focused individual who can provide an excellent experience from the first conversation through vehicle delivery.

Pay:

• $70,000 to $150,000 per year, based on performance

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom and on the lot
• Present new and pre-owned Acura vehicles
• Explain vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
• Schedule and conduct test drives
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic
• Build strong customer relationships before, during, and after the sale
• Assist customers through the sales process from selection to delivery
• Work with management and finance teams to complete each transaction
• Stay up to date on inventory, incentives, and Acura product information
• Provide a high level of customer service at every step

Qualifications:

• Automotive sales experience preferred
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Comfortable working with customers in person, by phone, and online
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required
