We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Kentwood, MI.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phones and responding to texts
• Scheduling interviews and appointments
• Completing and organizing paperwork
• Assisting with office and administrative tasks
• Communicating with employees, applicants, and customers
• Providing professional and friendly customer service

Qualifications:

• Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable multitasking and working in a busy office
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Kentwood, MI
