Join our small, dedicated lawn care team as a Lawn Mowing Crew Member, where you'll work closely with 2-3 person crew. This role involves hands-on lawn mowing, equipment upkeep, and assisting with landscaping tasks to ensure well-maintained outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
- Mow and maintain lawns efficiently and safely.
- Perform routine maintenance and care on mowing equipment.
- Support landscaping projects as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete daily tasks.
- Manage time to meet scheduled service appointments.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in lawn mowing and landscaping.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in operating lawn mowers and related equipment.
- Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor labor.
- Attention to detail in lawn care and equipment maintenance.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Effective time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
