Onsite Position

Our client is hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for an onsite role supporting delivery and installation operations. This is a fast‐moving opportunity with very quick fills—ideal for candidates from retail, call center backgrounds, or recent graduates with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supporting delivery and installation teams while they are out on the road
• Handling a high volume of incoming calls related to home delivery, service, and installations
• Assisting showroom staff with scheduling delivery tickets and resolving issues
• Checking in delivery drivers upon return from their routes
• Preparing and generating next‐day delivery paperwork
• Matching invoices with run sheets to ensure accurate loading of merchandise onto trucks

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes in a fast‐paced environment
• Retail, call center, or customer‐facing experience preferred
• Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
