Glow-Up Lighting is growing, and we’re looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our Christmas & Landscape Lighting installation team in Ascension Parish.
You’ll work outside with a team that takes pride in doing great work and has a lot of fun doing it. You’ll learn a specialized trade, transform homes and businesses, and get to step back at the end of a project and actually see what you helped create.

TWO POSITIONS AVAILABLE
GROUND INSTALLATION TEAM | $18–$21/HR
Help install professional Christmas and landscape lighting, including tree lighting, flowerbed lighting, greenery, landscape fixtures and other decorative elements.
Most work is performed from the ground or at lower heights. You do NOT have to work on roofs to join our Ground Team.
ROOF INSTALLATION TEAM | $20–$25/HR
For team members comfortable working on roofs, ladders and at greater heights. Roof Team members specialize in roofline and higher-access installations while working alongside the rest of the crew.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Install professional Christmas and landscape lighting
• Work outdoors as part of an installation crew
• Load, unload and organize materials and equipment
• Use ladders and basic installation tools
• Follow installation plans and Glow-Up quality standards
• Work efficiently while maintaining excellent workmanship
• Protect and respect our customers’ homes and properties
• Help create an experience our customers are excited about
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Lighting experience isn’t what we’re hiring for. We’re looking for people with work ethic, reliability, a great attitude and the ability to be coached.

• Able to reliably get to our meeting location in Ascension Parish
Experience in construction, landscaping, roofing, electrical, maintenance or other hands-on work is a plus, but it’s not required.
PAY & OPPORTUNITY
Ground Team: $18–$21/hour
Roof Team: $20–$25/hour
Plus performance-based bonus opportunities
Positions begin October 1.
We’re hiring for both seasonal and long-term opportunities. Christmas is our busiest season, but we’re also looking for all-stars who may want to grow with Glow-Up beyond Christmas.
Our strongest team members may have opportunities to continue with us, learn professional landscape lighting, increase their earning potential and grow into higher-skilled installation or leadership positions.
