Job Summary

Light Up Lima is Northwest Ohio's premier outdoor lighting company, specializing in luxury Christmas lighting, landscape lighting, and permanent roofline lighting.

We are looking for a dependable Crew Lead to help manage one of our installation crews during our busiest season.

This is not a typical seasonal labor job. We install premium lighting systems on some of the area's finest homes using professional equipment and proven installation methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise outdoor lighting installation crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to project specifications
• Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid to optimize workflow and resource allocation
• Review construction drawings and technical plans to interpret design intent and ensure accurate implementation of lighting layouts
• Manage crew activities on-site, including supervising team members, managing subcontractors, and overseeing daily progress
• Conduct quality control inspections to verify that installations adhere to blueprints, technical drawings, and safety standards
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards across all job sites
• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and team members to relay project updates, address issues promptly, and manage expectations
• Maintain detailed documentation of work progress, safety reports, and project logs for accountability and future reference

• Qualifications
• ✔ Valid driver's license (Clean driving history)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
