An HVAC General Manager / Technical Operations Manager / Service Manager is required for a technical leadership role supporting commercial and government HVAC work. This position is suited to a senior HVAC professional with a strong field, project, estimating and customer-facing background.

The HVAC General Manager will support business development, proposal activity, estimating and technical operations, while overseeing project managers and helping field teams through training and technical support. The role requires regular time in the office in Brea, CA, alongside customer, executive and internal management interaction.

The HVAC General Manager / Technical Operations Manager / Service Manager Role:

• Support business development activity across commercial and government HVAC opportunities
• Estimate developed work and contribute to proposal development
• Oversee training programs and technical support for field staff
• Provide phone-based technical support and guidance where required
• Supervise project managers and support project delivery performance
• Build relationships with customers, executives and internal stakeholders
• Support senior management with business development and operational strategy
• Contribute technical HVAC insight across sales, estimating, field support and project management

HVAC General Manager / Technical Operations Manager / Service Manager Requirements:

• Experience as an HVAC General Manager, Technical Operations Manager, Service Manager, Lead Service Superintendent, Project Manager or similar senior HVAC leadership role
• Extensive HVAC field experience, ideally 20+ years in a lead service superintendent or senior field leadership capacity
• Alternatively, a Professional Engineer with 10+ years’ experience in a similar HVAC leadership role
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC service, project delivery, estimating and technical support
• Ability to develop proposals and support business development activity
• Experience supervising project managers or technical teams
• Strong customer-facing and executive communication skills
• Ability to spend regular time in the office in Brea, CA
