Accounts Receivable - Doraville

Accountants One has been contracted by a longstanding and growing organization to locate a strong and experienced Accounts Receivable candidate. This is a single contributor, you will hold the full cycle AR function, which includes billing, cash apps, and collections, and report to a terrific Controller. This role is 5 days in the office in the Doraville area.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send billing for 3 subsidiaries under one parent company
• Process payments, ensure posting is to the correct organization
• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Reconcile accounts
• Track DSO and call for payment when necessary
• Assist with the month-end close

Requirements:

• Previous experience with full-cycle AR for a small to mid-size company, holding the AR on your own
• High level of attention to detail
• Quickbooks experience
• In the office daily
