Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers, including flatbeds, tankers, and dump trailers.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and brake systems.
• Perform axle alignments and suspension repairs.
• Repair and install lighting and wiring systems in compliance with DOT standards.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components using MIG and Stick welding techniques.
• Complete repair documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in trailer, truck body, or heavy equipment repair preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in electrical diagnostics, pneumatic systems, and axle alignment.
• MIG and Stick welding/fabrication experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring tools and perform basic math calculations.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
