About the Position

All Points Concrete Delivery is looking for a dependable CDL Class A or B Driver who wants a long-term position with a growing local company.

We operate volumetric concrete trucks that mix fresh concrete directly at the jobsite. Our trucks are very easy to operate and learn—they're not complicated.

Concrete or volumetric mixer experience is preferred, but not required. We provide hands-on training on our equipment, and most operators can be up and running independently within approximately 1–2 weeks.

What You'll Do

• Drive a volumetric concrete truck to local residential and commercial jobsites.
• Operate the truck and produce fresh concrete on-site.
• Communicate directly with customers and contractors at the jobsite.
• Use our simple dispatch system to receive your jobs and delivery information.
• Perform basic pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
• Keep your truck and equipment clean and taken care of.
• Perform basic daily maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Communicate directly with our Service Center Manager and mechanics if you have an issue with your truck.
• Help with basic truck or yard duties when needed.

What We're Looking For

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL
• Current DOT Medical Card
• Good driving record
• Must be able to drive a manual transmission
• Reliable and dependable
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Concrete or volumetric mixer experience preferred, but not required
• Basic mechanical ability is a plus

One of the advantages of our operation is that our volumetric trucks are easy to operate and learn. You don't need years of concrete experience to become comfortable operating one.

We also use a simple dispatch system that gives you the information you need for each job, including the location, concrete order, and delivery details.

If you ever have an issue with your truck, you're not left trying to figure everything out yourself. Our drivers can communicate directly with our Service Center Manager and mechanics for help with maintenance, repairs, and equipment issues.
