Job Summary
The Accounting Manager plays a vital role within the Fiscal Department, primarily assisting the Controller with the comprehensive accounting and financial operations of multiple Diocesan entities.
This position splits its focus between executing core departmental accounting tasks and collaborating with the Parish Services Department to provide accounting, payroll, benefits, and business guidance to local parishes across western North Dakota.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Experience: Strong foundational experience in high-level departmental accounting, fund accounting, or non-profit financial operations.
- Travel: Must possess a valid driver’s license and be available for occasional travel to parishes within the diocese if required.
