We're looking for a Retail Sales Representative who enjoys working with people and wants to develop their skills in sales, customer service, and business.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers in a face-to-face retail environment
• Ask questions to understand individual needs
• Present and recommend appropriate services and promotions
• Quote pricing and complete customer sales agreements
• Provide a personalized presentation with every interaction
• Support customers throughout and after the sales process
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Learn from leadership to improve performance and key metrics

What We're Looking For

• Full-time availability
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working directly with customers
• Motivated by goals and continued development
• 2- or 4-year degree preferred, but not required
