We're currently hiring Retail Sales Representatives to start immediately.

What You’ll Do:

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll represent nationally recognized brands inside major retail locations throughout Albuquerque and Rio Rancho. Every day is centered around connecting with customers, educating them on products and services, and helping them find solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities include:

• Execute promotional sales and marketing campaigns
• Educate customers on products and services to help identify the right solutions
• Build relationships through face-to-face interactions in a retail environment
• Maintain strong partnerships with retail locations and team members
• Contribute to team goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Team-oriented mindset and self-motivation
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, etc.)
• 0–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles
