We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Office Assistant Manager to join our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the work of medical assistants
- Coordinating schedules and managing patient flow
- Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Managing administrative and clerical tasks
- Responding to patient messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Maintaining medical and staff records
- Liaising with doctors and nurses
- Arranging cleaning staff and emergency maintenance services
- Providing informative material for patients
- Generating inventory records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with medical billing procedures
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
