We are a medium sized local Community Management Company that is currently seeking ​an Accounts Receivable & Collections Clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for processing checks, estoppels and collections notices for our clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Post homeowner checks daily
• Prepare & issue estoppel letters daily
• Monitor & maintain collections procedures for each community association
• Act as a liaison between the association and the collections attorney/agency
• Provide customer service to owners with collections issues and billing inquiries by phone and through our software (Vantaca)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounts receivable and/or collections
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Plus:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Community Association Management experience
