Position Summary

The Front Office Coordinator is the first friendly face our patients see when they walk through the door. This person plays a key role in creating a welcoming experience, managing front desk operations, and keeping the office running smoothly. If you’re detail-oriented, love helping others, and can handle a busy, rewarding environment — this position is for you!

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and ensure a positive check-in/check-out experience
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient communications
• Verify insurance and assist with billing inquiries
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Manage office supplies, maintain cleanliness of the front area, and support overall workflow
• Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical, chiropractic, or wellness office preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient in scheduling software and basic office technology
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
