Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relations and address concerns promptly
• Oversee lease management and administer lease agreements
• Ensure timely rent collection and handle delinquencies
• Coordinate maintenance repairs

• Maintain compliance with affordable housing regulations
• Supervise vendors and contract services
• Conduct unit inspections and prepare reports
• Generate regular property management reports

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years in property management
• Associate degree in Property Management or related field
• Certifications such as COS, TCS, SHCM
• Knowledge of Affordable Housing Regulations
• Experience with tenant screening and lease administration
• Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Proficient in maintenance scheduling and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
