In this role, you will provide safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for passengers traveling to medical appointments, healthcare facilities, and other approved destinations. This position requires a commitment to safety, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in every interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers to and from scheduled destinations.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle as needed while maintaining their comfort and safety.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
• Maintain accurate trip logs and required documentation.
• Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, or changes.
• Maintain a clean and professional vehicle at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, passengers, healthcare staff, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with a clean and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift, assist, and safely accommodate passengers when necessary.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule
