We are currently seeking Warehouse Associates to join our Clearwater, FL team. As a Warehouse Associate at PELLON, you will play a critical role in receiving, storing, and preparing materials for shipment, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently. This role is hands-on and essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, providing an opportunity to contribute to a company that values teamwork, attention to detail, and operational excellence.

Duties include:

Inventory & Material Management

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming notions, supplies, and production materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure proper stock levels are available for production needs.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Monitor usage trends and identify shortages or excess inventory.
• Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and easily accessible.

Production Support

• Stage and prepare notions/materials required for daily production schedules.
• Issue supplies and materials to production teams as needed.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors to ensure timely availability of required materials.
• Monitor production material consumption and report discrepancies.
• Support continuous improvement efforts related to material handling and workflow.

Supply Chain & Purchasing Support

• Assist with purchase order tracking and supplier communications.
• Monitor incoming shipments and verify quantities against receiving documents.
• Communicate material shortages, delays, or quality concerns to management.
• Assist with maintaining vendor information and supply records.
• Support procurement activities by identifying reorder needs.

*Requirements*

- 1–2 years of prior warehouse experience required; manufacturing experience preferred but not required

- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift.

- Must be able to read, write, and speak English effectively.

- Communication skills & the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

- Must be able to adhere to safety protocols & guidelines at all times.

- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.

- Previous experience in warehouse, supply, inventory, manufacturing, or operations environments preferred.

- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
