Job Summary: 

• We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team at Outlaw Wings, where we serve up crave-worthy wings and a welcoming atmosphere. As a cashier, you’ll be the first and last point of contact for our guests—making a lasting impression by delivering excellent service with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression
• Accurately take orders in person and over the phone using the POS system
• Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with attention to accuracy and security
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including counters and dining spaces
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed
• Ensure quality and completeness for to-go orders
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and service teams for smooth order flow
• Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards
• Assist with restocking, light cleaning duties, and occasional side work

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Basic math and money-handling skills
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
