A dynamic, full-time Maintenance Director/Facilities Manager/Chief Engineer position is available at an affordable apartment community in Brooklyn. We seek a positive, hard-working, intelligent, professional, and highly motivated team player with excellent maintenance skills and attention to detail. We want to add a "rock star" to our top-notch team!
The apartment community is an affordable, 160-unit apartment community with a free two-bedroom apartment. This is a Union position. S12 and S13 preferred. On-call required.

Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-4+ years of experience in the maintenance field
- Multifamily housing experience preferred
- Make Ready
- Plumbing, Electrical, Tile, Carpentry
- Apartment turns / Work orders
- Honest, loyal, and reliable
