Legal Billing Specialist
A Large Cleveland headquartered law firm with the search for a Legal Billing Specialist. A summary of the role is provided below.
This is an in-office role.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide billing (including e-billing) and general financial support to attorneys.
- Prepare and present pre-bills to attorneys.
- Prepare and review account receivable reports.
- Assist with collections process.
- Assist attorneys with monitoring hours, realization or other financial analysis as it pertains to fixed-fee or other alternative fee arrangements.
Qualifications
- At least one year experience in a large law firm and an associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of experience or education.
- Proficiency with Aderant, 3E or similar legal time and billing software.
