This position involves working closely with other warehouse employees, the Inventory Manager, and the Sales Team to ensure inventory is properly managed, equipment is prepared to company standards, and customer orders are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Organization & Team Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Prepare and organize tools and materials for daily operations
- Assist other warehouse employees as needed to support workflow
- Ensure work areas are kept orderly throughout the day
2. Reconditioning Equipment
- Sand, paint, and refurbish electrical equipment to company standards
- Disassemble and reassemble equipment as required
- Clean, inspect, and test equipment to ensure quality and functionality
- Identify and report any defects or issues
3. Assembling Panel Orders
- Assemble panelboards based on customer specifications
- Install cans, doors, interiors, breakers, and hardware
- Verify accuracy and completeness of assembled panels
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards
4. Inventory Management
- Receive and process incoming inventory using inventory system
- Properly store and organize inventory in designated locations
- Sort and scrap equipment in accordance with company guidelines
- Work closely with the Inventory Manager to maintain accurate inventory records
5. Loading and Unloading Equipment
- Safely load and unload equipment from trucks
- Use proper lifting techniques and equipment when handling materials
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled with care and accuracy
6. Equipment Transportation
- Transport equipment between warehouse locations as needed
- Ensure items are moved safely and efficiently
- Maintain organization and tracking of transferred items
7. Sales & Order Support
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Assist in prioritizing work based on order needs and deadlines
- Communicate any issues or delays that may impact order fulfillment
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy items.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must pass a drug and background check to secure employment.
