We are seeking a warm, organized, and passionate individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Assistant / Care Advocate. This role is the heart of our front office — the first voice families hear and the welcoming presence that helps them feel supported from the moment they arrive. This is a long-term position working 32-35 hours a week over 5 days. We believe a healthy team starts with a healthy schedule. Our hours are structured intentionally to support work-life balance — no late nights, no weekends.

• Monday: 7:30-11:30 am / 1:30-5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 7:30-11:30 am / 1:30-5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 1:30-5:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:30-11:30 am / 1:30-5:30 PM
• Friday: 7:30-11:30 am
• Saturday: Closed (occasional seminar and/or events)

This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Warmly welcome practice members and their families
• Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and the daily flow of the office to ensure each visit runs smoothly and on time
• Support new patient onboarding — guiding families through intake forms, communicating what to expect, and ensuring they feel informed and at ease from day one
• Assist with care plan communication, helping practice members understand their recommended path to optimal nervous system health
• Handle billing, payments, and financial conversations with clarity, compassion, and professionalism
• Perform our CLA insight scans during practice member re-evaluations
• Help create social media and marketing content to promote our office and educate our community
• Support the doctors and clinical team in keeping the office running efficiently
• Hold babies while mom gets adjusted
• Help maintain the welcoming, family-friendly environment that DRC is known for

Requirements:

• Must be 18+ to be considered
• Must have own form of transportation to and from work
• Must be a team player and enjoy working with others
• Must be comfortable in a fast pace environment
• Must be able to manage the office flow and the front desk
• Must be outgoing and enjoy communicating with a variety of people throughout the day
• Must enjoy kids and be comfortable around kiddos that struggle with sensory challenges
• Able to memorize important office verbiage to provide a consistent patient experience
• Must have moderate knowledge of computers and technology – we are an electronic medical office
• Salary: Hourly pay with rapid raises, beginning at $19-25/hour (based on experience)
