$20-$25/hour

Job description:

Operate within a landscape maintenance crew while ensuring that TexaScapes’ quality standards and a safe work environment are maintained. This includes manual labor and landscape equipment operations. Properly maintain and care for all equipment and tools.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

This is a crew member position. Candidate must be able to work within a 2 to 5 - person crew to safely accomplish tasks on time, creating quality results. Landscape properties should be able to be maintained with the crew after first verbal or written instruction.

Expectations:

Be on time, be sober, be safe. Drivers License in good standing.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years Landscape experience required.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Drivers License (REQUIRED)
• Ability to back a large trailer
• Must have a clean driving record
• Able to consistently pass drug tests
• On-time and dependable.

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay (~$20-25/Hr. with experience). Retirement Plan, Health Insurance, Workers Compensation Coverage.

7am - 3:30pm M-F
