We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, team-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time Warehouse Associate / Bindery Operator / Delivery Driver position.

This is a hands-on, varied position that combines warehouse responsibilities, shipping and fulfillment, bindery production, and local deliveries. No prior bindery experience is required—we are willing to train the right person!

What You’ll Do:

• Receive, organize, and move materials and inventory
• Prepare and package orders for shipping and fulfillment
• Pick, pack, and process customer orders accurately
• Operate bindery and finishing equipment after training
• Assist with cutting, folding, binding, collating, and other finishing tasks
• Load and unload materials and finished products
• Make local deliveries and pickups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area
• Work closely with other employees to keep orders and production moving efficiently
• Perform other general warehouse and production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid California Driver’s License required
• Clean driving record required
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Able to work well with others as part of a team
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Able to lift, move, and carry materials as needed
• Willingness to learn new equipment and processes
• Previous warehouse, shipping, production, printing, or bindery experience is a plus, but not required—we will train
