What You’ll Do

• Review daily project assignments, load materials, and prep equipment
• Install hung, blown, spray foam insulation, vapor barriers in new residential and commercial construction
• Perform foundation waterproofing on new foundations
• Apply blown insulation in existing homes
• Maintain basic project and work records
• Follow safety protocols and work efficiently as part of a team

What We’re Looking For

• Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and consistent employment history
• Construction or manufacturing experience (insulation experience is a plus)
• Effective communication skills in English
• Full physical abilities to meet the job requirements (flexibility, mobility, strength)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Pay & Benefits

• Starting Pay:
• Hung & Blown Insulation: $20 to $21 hr.
• Spray Foam Insulation: $23 to $30 hr. + production incentives
• Full benefits package
• Year-round, steady work
• Optional overtime available
