Job Description
Onsite Construction Superintendent responsible for the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction site. This position is part of the Project Management Team and is responsible for:
- Overseeing the safety and quality of the work performed on the jobsite.
- Managing Subcontractors to ensure adequate manpower and attendance to deliver the project on-time.
- Communicating and coordinating with Project Manager to ensure the entire scope of work is completed according to all blueprints and specifications.
- Keeping accurate daily logs to record job progress and form 1-week "look-aheads" to keep project on-schedule.
- Holding meetings with subcontractors to maintain safety, quality, and quantity of work performed.
- Representing company values and policies.
