Farr Law Firm P.A. is seeking a skilled, compassionate, and highly organized Estate Planning Paralegal to join our Punta Gorda office. In this full-time, in-person role, you’ll support attorneys in preparing estate planning documents, coordinating client meetings, and ensuring each matter progresses smoothly from intake to signing.

A Day in the Life

Your work may include:

• Client Communication – Supporting clients through the estate planning process and reviewing personal and financial information with care and clarity
• Document Preparation – Drafting, organizing, and managing estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance directives) for attorney review
• Information Review – Assisting with the collection and organization of client data needed for drafting
• Scheduling & Coordination – Coordinating client meetings, document signings, and attorney calendars
• File Management – Maintaining organized electronic and physical files throughout the planning process
• In‐office schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5pm

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Tech‐savvy and quick to learn new software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Word)
• 2+ years of experience in probate or estate planning (paralegal or legal assistant)
• Knowledge of fiduciary accounting is a plus
• Experience as an Estate Planning or Probate Paralegal preferred, not required
• Florida Registered Paralegal designation is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree helpful but not required
