BilingualCall Center Representative (Temporary – 1 Month)

Location: Bradenton, FL (IN OFFICE)

Pay: $19.00/hour

Assignment Length: Approximately 1 Month

Available Shifts (Monday-Friday):

• 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
• 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
• 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• (All shifts include a 30-minute lunch.)

Bilingual Opportunity: Three openings require fluency in both English and Spanish.

Ad-Vance Talent Solutions is seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support the Manatee County School Board Transportation Department during a one-month project. In this role, you'll assist parents, guardians, and the public by answering calls, responding to messages, and providing transportation-related information in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding school transportation.
• Respond to messages and provide accurate information.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
• Escalate issues when appropriate.
• Deliver outstanding customer service while handling a high volume of calls.
• Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of customer service experience.
• At least one year of office or call center experience.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must successfully pass a background screening.
