What You’ll Do

• Build relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct needs-based conversations to help customers protect what matters most
• Generate new business through referrals, outbound calls, networking, and follow-up
• Cross-sell auto, home, life, and health insurance products
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after the sale

What We’re Looking For

• Competitive and self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
• Coachable and eager to learn
• Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
