Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounting and Financial Director to lead our small team. This role is pivotal in managing daily, weekly, monthly and annual accounting functions and working across multiple channels of our small companies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance processes.
• Manage e-commerce platforms and maintain Shopify websites and know how to update and link applications as needed.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to refine strategies when managing company monthly expenses.

Requirements

• Proven experience with managing QuickBooks Desktop
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and product management processes
• Can conduct sales calls and sales meetings
• Exceptional writing skills with a focus on engaging content for diverse audiences
• Ability to manage budgets effectively while optimizing return on investment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, advanced certifications such as a CPA is a plus, but not needed
• Able to speak Spanish is a plus, but not needed
