Key Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (required)
• 1–3 years of finance, accounting, budgeting, or financial operations experience
• Strong knowledge of budgets, financial analysis, and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and contribute immediately in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Assist with monthly Board reports
• Support the development of Budget Book tables, charts, and narratives
• Gather and analyze financial data
• Recommend process improvements and support financial operations
• Perform special projects as assigned
