SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS
The Inventory Control Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to maintain and report an accurate warehouse count.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
This position reports to the Inventory Control Supervisor under the direction of the Warehouse and Operations Manager and has no supervisory responsibilities.

COMPUTER AND OFFICE SKILLS
Proven experience with PC platforms and knowledge of office programs to include, but not limited to, email, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM required. Knowledge of company specific software related to job functions.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
PERSONAL SKILLS
Interface with employees and management. Good time management skills, ability to prioritize duties, ability to multi-task, and a concentrated attention level. Highly flexible, adaptable, and resourceful. Keen sense of customer urgency is required as well as excellent customer support. Regular and predictable attendance. Ability to get along with others.

The employee will regularly talk; hear; grasp; push; stand; walk; reach with their hands/arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; be subject to repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movement; operate mechanical equipment; and move up and down from/to a sitting position to the floor. Employee must be able to respond quickly to sounds and see and respond to hazardous conditions.
Frequently the employee will drive and climb and balance. On rare occasions the employee will sit. Visual activities include clarity of vision at twenty (20) feet or more, clarity of vision at twenty (20) inches or less, and three-dimensional vision. Able to judge distance and space relationships. The employee will regularly lift up to fifty (50) pounds or more.
Forklift training and certification or ability to obtain certification required; Skidsteer operation experience helpful
