Crew Member Job Summary

Crew members work together as a team to ensure an all-around amazing guest experience. They assist with daily preparation, construction, and service of all menu items with focus on restaurant cleanliness and safe food handling practices.

Crew Member Job Responsibilities & Duties

• Maintains highest possible level of Product Quality

• Prepares food products according to approved PITA standards

• Maintains highest level of PITA Hospitality

• Great eye contact with the customer- always focusing on them

• Works well with teammates and accepts coaching from management team.

• Communicates with customers, teammates and managers in a positive manner.

• Keeps food preparation area, equipment and utensils clean and sanitary.

• Keeps lobby, front counter, kitchen, storage areas and restrooms neat and clean throughout the day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $8.00 to $9.50/hour
