Seoul Sushi & Korean BBQ is a family-owned restaurant in the Wilmington area, rooted in community and bringing bold Korean and Japanese flavors to the table. We're growing and looking for passionate kitchen talent to join our team at our Cargo District location

Line Cooks:

What You'll Do

• Prep and execute dishes from our Korean BBQ and sushi menu with speed and consistency
• Operate grills, fryers, and specialty kitchen equipment
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Work closely with a tight-knit kitchen crew of 2-3 people
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of kitchen / food service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Sushi prep or rolling experience strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Effective time management and ability to multitask under pressure
• Attention to detail — you take pride in every plate

• Place and give out food orders
• Responsible for processing payments
• Help maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Help prepare for daily service, including stocking, prepping, etc
