We are seeking reliable and physically fit individuals to join a stable production team in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

The production team is responsible for the manual packaging and heavy lifting required to move product through the facility.

• Filling and Packaging: Accurately fill 45-50 lb sacks and bags with powdered product throughout the workday.
• Stacking and Palletizing: Efficiently and consistently stack filled sacks onto pallets in preparation for shipping.
• Material Handling: Assist with moving pallets and preparing finished goods for the warehouse or loading docks.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning of tanks and machinery to maintain optimal production standards.
• Work Area Upkeep: Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency for the entire team.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Physical Ability: Ability to consistently lift 45-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift is required.
• Reliability: High levels of work consistency are mandatory. You must be on time for work every single day.
• Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a repetitive, physically demanding environment.
• Experience: No prior warehouse experience is necessary; we are ready to train motivated individuals who take pride in a hard day's work.
