The Safety Coordinator plays a vital role in maintaining workplace safety standards within a medium-sized team of 4-10 members. This position focuses on ensuring thorough documentation management to support compliance with safety regulations and foster a secure working environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) and PSP reports for driver applicants.
• Assist the Recruiting team with collecting and organizing onboarding documentation.
• Set up new employees in the company timekeeping system.
• Scan, file, and maintain employee records and other administrative documents.
• Prepare and forward paperwork to Human Resources and Payroll departments.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel files.
• Support day-to-day administrative functions within the Safety department.
• Perform general clerical and data entry tasks as needed.
• Utilize basic computer applications to manage records and communications.
