Qualifications:
Licensed CPA or working toward the CPA license.
At least one year of prior tax experience.
A good understanding of tax and GAAP.
Experience in tax research.
Experience with tax software systems and a comfort level in learning new programs, systems and web-based services.
Audit experience is beneficial.
Ability to commute to the local office.
Authorized to work in the United States as of the expected hire date and throughout the date of their employment without sponsorship from Leavitt Christensen & Company PLLC.
Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements for multiple entities.
Prepare various Federal and State tax returns including forms 1040, 1065, 1120 and 990.
