Responsibilities include but are not limited to: transcription, scheduling, drafting pleadings, prepare/maintain trial binders and mediation folders, opening and closing files and fax/scan/import incoming/outgoing mail. Skills: minimum of 1 year workers' compensation defense experience preferred, excellent verbal and written communication skills and proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Word.
